Rinse 10 small zucchinis and hollow each one with a vegetable corer, leaving a slightly thick wall.

Rinse the rice and soak for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the drained rice with minced meat, salt, cumin, pepper, and a tablespoon of ghee.

Stuff each zucchini three-quarters full, leaving space for the rice to expand.

Grate the tomatoes for the sauce and melt the remaining ghee in a wide pot.

Add the grated tomato with a pinch of salt and simmer for 5 minutes.

Arrange the stuffed zucchini in the pot and add hot water to cover.
