Wash and joint the rabbit, then simmer with onion, cardamom, and bay leaf for 45 minutes.

Remove the meat and brown it in ghee until golden.

Strain the broth, add chopped molokhia, and simmer for 8 minutes.

Sizzle garlic with dried coriander in ghee, and pour over the molokhia.
