The only vinegar the system explicitly permits. Used on pickles and as a marinade for grills in small amounts. Apple cider vinegar and chemical white vinegar are forbidden.
Allowed as a cooking staple. The system prefers natural sea salt over industrial iodised salt.
Allowed and widely used to season meats, rice, and stuffed dishes.
Allowed and central to many traditional Egyptian dishes the system permits — trotters, membar, head meat seasoning.
